01 Service Terms

HindService provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services as requested by the customer. Our technicians require clear, safe access to the HVAC units and surrounding areas.

  • The customer must provide access to electricity and water if necessary for the service.
  • Any rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • An adult (18+) must be present at the property during the entire duration of the service.

02 Pricing & Payments

Pricing is determined based on the initial diagnostic or quoted project scope. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Milestones:

  • Diagnostic Fee Due at Booking
  • Parts & Materials Due at Approval
  • Labor & Finalization Due on Completion

03 Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship. HindService provides a 90-day labor guarantee on all repair services performed by our certified technicians.

Parts and equipment are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. HindService will facilitate warranty claims for parts installed by us within the first year of service.

Warranty is voided if the equipment is serviced or tampered with by any party other than HindService during the guarantee period.

04 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HindService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service call shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service call.
